Square dancing
When: Tuesday nights, 7:00 – 9:30 pm

We are teaching and dancing SSD (Social Square Dancing) level in a Green light/Red light format to accommodate beginners as well as more experienced dancers.
Round Dancing
When: Sunday evenings, 6:30 – 8:30 pm

Nicholas Brendzy – Caller & Cuer
Nicholas has been involved in square dancing practically his entire life. He performed his first singing call at the age of three. He has participated in the Pacific Northwest Teen Square Dance Festival and has been a champion in Square Dancing, Round Dancing, Calling, and Cueing many times. His enthusiasm combined with a great singing voice, makes him a true entertainer and teacher. In addition to calling with Circle 8’s, Nicholas also calls and cues for the Westburn Wranglers Square Dance Club, Nicholas is a Teacher with the Burnaby School District when he is not involved in the square dance world.
Caitlyn Brendzy – Cuer
As half of a team with her brother, Nicholas, Caitlyn has been dancing from a very young age. Caitlyn and Nicholas have been Grand Champions in Round Dancing at the Pacific Northwest Teen Square Dance Festival multiple times. Caitlyn and Nicholas share their expertise with Club members who want to learn how to Round Dance. Caitlyn is currently attending University with the goal of becoming an Elementary School Teacher.
